Solo Stove Introduces Pi Supply to Make Pizza Night Easier than Ever

Neapolitan Dough Balls and An Artisan (Pi)zza Box Bring Artisan-Quality Pizza Ingredients to Your Doorstep
Grapevine, TX (August 31, 2022)/OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Solo Stove is expanding their line of pizza-making tools and accessories with the launch of restaurant-quality pizza ingredients: Neapolitan Dough Balls and an Artisan (Pi)zza Box, containing dough, pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Aptly named “Pi Supply”, these ingredients are ideal to be used with Solo Stove’s Pi Pizza Oven that launched earlier this year (though they can also be used to make pizzas in your regular kitchen oven or any pizza oven).

Inspired by years of both Italian and family traditions, Solo Stove is excited to provide the highest quality artisan ingredients, previously only available to restaurants, to the home pizzaiolo chef for the very first time! Neapolitan Dough Balls are available for purchase on their own in packs of 24 or 48, or each Neapolitan (Pi)zza Kit will include the following:
- Neapolitan Dough (9 oz. balls) – Fresh Neapolitan Dough balls are flash-frozen and made with the finest fresh yeast and Caputo 00 Pizzeria flour, the gold standard for Neapolitan pizza. Boxes come in either 12 or 24 frozen dough ball packages. Freezer shelf life is 4 months.
- Carmelina San Marzano Pizza Sauce (8 oz. pillow pouches) – Artisan-crafted tomato sauce made from 100% Italian San Marzano tomatoes, olive oil, high-quality herbs, and savory spices. Freezer shelf life is 16 months.
- Losurdo’s Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (16 oz. balls) – Fresh, wood-fired mozzarella cheese made and inspired by family traditions dating back over 60 years. Authentically crafted from 100% whole cow’s milk from upstate New York, you’ll get a soft, smooth, and creamy mozzarella ball that’ll melt perfectly over your pizza. Freezer shelf life is 5 months.
- Ezzo’s Classic Pepperoni Stick (24 oz. stick) – The Ezzo family has been making pepperoni in the USA for over 100+ years. Sticking to their deep-rooted traditions, Ezzo’s produces pepperoni the way all Italian pepperoni should be made: real ingredients encased in stick-form. Freezer shelf life is 10 months.
The ingredients are perfectly portioned for 12-inch pizzas, and unused ingredients can be stored in your freezer to prevent food waste. To begin your pizza night, thaw the desired quantity of ingredients in the refrigerator and proof the dough for at least 1 hour at room temperature (up to 6 hours, as dough effectiveness will begin to deteriorate thereafter). Solo Stove recommends using (1) 8 oz. pillow pouch of San Marzano Sauce for 3-4 pizzas and (1) 16 oz. ball of Losurdo’s fresh mozzarella for 4-5 pizzas.
